Job Opening: Director of Program Management
We are seeking outstanding candidates with a demonstrated track record of innovative, creative, and quantitative thought leadership.As our Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for the day to day management of our implementation efforts and the management of all customer operations. This will demand that you balance ongoing operational responsibilities against implementation of our strategic technology initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
As Director of Program Management will be responsible for a range of activities.- Provide management oversight for Sentrana’s ongoing software and infrastructure implementation efforts including planning, risk management, deliverable tracking, knowledge management and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with Sentrana’s senior leadership team to ensure that project plans are consistent with overall corporate direction, activities are being prioritized appropriately, and resources are staffed to support needs.
- Define and administer the change control and requirements management process for our internal development efforts:
- Differentiate between maintenance, client-specific enhancements, cross-client enhancements, and new features.
- Ensure that this process is fully integrated with the configuration management and change control process.
- Oversee our customer support processes including defining the escalation process for problem resolution, mobilizing resources to resolve customer production issues, ensuring that all processes.
- Innovate in the operation of our Software as a Service offerings in order to reduce cost of service, improve performance, increase stability and availability.
- Define and implement the staffing process for allocation of resources across Sentrana’s client and internal modeling and engineering processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six years as a project manager for software development and/or complex IT implementation efforts with a proven track record of on time, on budget delivery.
- Excellent communications skills and an ability to quickly diffuse challenging client situations, an ability to clearly articulate steps to resolve issues, and diligence in closing the loop with all concerned parties to ensure closure.
- Knowledge of infrastructure engineering including basics of network and server technology.
- Understanding of SQL DML and ability to construct and run basic queries for reporting.
The following qualifications are desirable, but not required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- Experience as a software developer or network engineer directly responsible for implementation of IT solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts for operations management, experience implementing ITIL.
- MBA or masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
