SID MANSUR, PRESIDENT & CEO
Sid Mansur is responsible for Sentrana's overall corporate strategy and high level vision. He is one of the primary architects of Sentrana's analytic kernel and optimization strategy, and personally oversees project efforts for key accounts to ensure provision of the highest level of quality in delivering services and solutions.
Sid contributes a deep understanding of complex business optimization challenges to help Sentrana's clients identify, define and implement solutions customized to the specific needs and preferences of their customers. In this capacity he helps clients better understand not only the immediate tactical benefits of scientific marketing but also the implications for longer term sustainable performance advantage.
Sid brings over 15 years of experience in engineering and business and is a founding member of Sentrana. Previously he was founder and Vice President of Solutions at Netutilize Corporation and before that was a lead engineer and business unit corporate strategist for Lockheed Martin. In that role, he formulated advanced algorithms and architectures to address mission-critical optimization and quantitative analysis problems.
Sid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
M. RASHED HASAN, CHIEF RETAIL SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT AND COO
Rashed Hasan oversees Sentrana's client services infrastructure and day-to-day operations, organizational development, financial and accounting due diligence, legal matters and corporate governance. He brings over 24 years of executive experience in engineering, manufacturing, inventory and supply chain management planning, implementation, and innovation.
Rashed's extensive knowledge of management, business operations and processes helps ensure that Sentrana client teams are properly configured to meet project milestones and deliver maximum benefits. He manages the many moving parts of complex scientific marketing engagements including coordination of third party service providers, budgeting and project planning.
Prior to Sentrana, Rashed was instrumental in a number of startups and managed supply chain strategy consulting at Ernst & Young. In that role, he led global supply chain strategies and optimization, system architecture and implementation, and supplier/purchasing management initiatives. He has also held senior positions within the operations management group of Booz Allen & Hamilton, as well as technology development at Arthur D. Little, Inc.
Rashed earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from MIT and holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Operations from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
STEVEN M. WASHINGTON, VICE PRESIDENT OF ENGINEERING
Steven Washington is responsible for Sentrana's technology strategy and solutions architecture. He oversees the implementation of advanced business analytics and leads the integration of intelligent computing technology into enterprise-scalable software systems, including Sentrana's SAP partnership, certification and integration.
Sentrana solutions involve a high degree of customization to address the specific challenges unique to each client, and this in turn requires dedicated hands-on expertise capable of understanding the implications of complex technology decisions. With his extensive experience in and understanding of multifaceted systems technology, Steven ensures that each Sentrana client has 24/7 support to ensure continuity and predictability of service even in dynamic, fast-paced operating environments.
Steven has over 10 years of experience in the fields of enterprise computing, systems engineering, and algorithm development for addressing complex quantitative problems. Prior to Sentrana, he served as Chief Technology Officer of WTI Corporation and led that firm's initiatives in advanced computing technologies for information security. At Lockheed Martin, he was a senior software architect on the company's groundbreaking multi-enterprise workflow management.
Steven holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
CHRIS RITCHIE, DIRECTOR OF SOLUTIONS & SERVICES
Chris Ritchie works closely with Sentrana's clients to tailor scientific marketing solutions to their specific business needs. He has extensive experience leading complex projects in price management and optimization, marketing optimization and ROI, product mix and sales force alignment solutions for clients in a variety of industries.
Chris contributes his depth of experience to deliver precise and actionable guidance on the tactical pricing, advertising, product mix and sales decisions Sentrana clients make on a daily basis. He helps decision makers discover ways to leverage existing business strategies with the tools of quantitative modeling and to deploy these seamlessly across the organization. Chris is actively involved in the authorship of thought-leading content and collateral for a broad corporate audience.
Chris has more than 15 years of consulting and operational experience in the foodservice, manufacturing, distribution, technology, communications and energy industries. Prior to joining Sentrana, he was a member of the management consulting practice of BearingPoint, where he served as the leader of the revenue optimization solution team within the Strategy and Transformation practice.
Chris holds Bachelor's degrees in economics and management science from Rice University and a Master's degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
DEMETRIOS KOTSIKOPOULOS, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Demetrios Kotsikopoulos is responsible for stewardship of Sentrana's strategic technology roadmap, organizational architecture and enterprise level design to ensure that Sentrana's solutions can scale to meet current and future customer needs. He also oversees software development and model integration processes.
Demetrios contributes his experience in information technology consulting and implementation to helping clients achieve their goals through Sentrana's flagship predictive technology platform MarketMover™. He leads the planning and implementation of new and existing functionality, always pushing new boundaries to improve MarketMover's ability to deliver holistic solutions to clients across the full range of sales and marketing decision levers.
Demetrios has managed projects ranging from large-scale ecommerce systems development to information technology strategy definition for Fortune 500 companies and large government agencies. He is also experienced in interacting with all levels of client organizations including business and IT executive leadership. His recent positions include Case Team Leader at leading strategy consulting firm Bain & Co., and Director at Gartner Consulting.
Demetrios has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and in Mathematics from Cornell University.
LARRY BRADLEY, DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS AND PROJECTS
Larry Bradley leads the planning, implementation, and operation of Sentrana's IT infrastructure, and provides leadership in driving Sentrana's portfolio of IT implementation projects. Larry provides focus to the processes and organization needed to execute against a complex set of initiatives needed to deliver results according to their full potential.
Larry's past focus on IT strategy, architecture, and advisory services with a particular specialization in identity and access management enables him to take Sentrana's infrastructure to the next level. He brings his experience in thought leadership and program oversight for large-scale initiatives supporting tens of thousands of end users. Larry's deep understanding of how IT infrastructure impacts client deliverables is a critical component of the value Sentrana delivers in each project implementation.
Before joining Sentrana, Larry worked for Gartner, a leading strategic technology consulting firm where he advised Fortune 1000 companies, elite academic institutions and large US Government agencies. He led the assessment, design and implementation of key core management processes and coordinated integration of the Burton Group's consulting methodology, intellectual property and team members following its acquisition by Gartner. Before this, Larry worked for Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business' Technology Center as Senior Engineer, Architect and Manager of Client Services.
Larry received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Georgetown University and earned his International Executive MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
